Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an AiPixel account, contact us, or use the workspace. This can include your email address, account details, support messages, prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated images.

We may also collect technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, and interaction data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. When credits become available for purchase, our payment providers may process the transaction information required to complete the purchase. AiPixel does not store full payment card details.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain AiPixel, create and manage accounts, generate requested images, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and understand how the service is used. We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated images to train AI models.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information or use your private prompts, uploads, or generated images for advertising.

When we share information

We share information only when necessary to operate AiPixel, including with hosting, authentication, analytics, image-generation, and payment providers acting on our behalf. These providers may access information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AiPixel, our users, or the public.

Your content and choices

You control the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting us.

Generation history, including prompts, reference images, and generated images, is available in your workspace for up to 3 days and is then soft deleted from your library. You may delete a generation sooner. Other information is retained only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your account credentials confidential.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as AiPixel evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
