Using AiPixel

These Terms of Service govern your use of AiPixel, including our website, workspace, and related services. By creating an account or using AiPixel, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Use AiPixel lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit content. You may not attempt to bypass safety measures, interfere with the service, scrape it without permission, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights.

Our detailed AI content standards, moderation process, reporting channels, response timelines, enforcement actions, and appeals process are in our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use. We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, that policy, or applicable law have been violated.

Your content and AI output

You retain any rights you have in the prompts, images, and other material you submit to AiPixel. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that material solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Subject to these terms and applicable law, AiPixel assigns to you our interest, if any, in images generated for your account. AI-generated output may not be unique, may be inaccurate, and may be similar to output created for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it and for ensuring that your use does not infringe rights or violate law.

Credits and purchases

AiPixel may offer paid credits or plans. Prices, credit amounts, and applicable terms will be shown before checkout. Unless required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable and credits have no cash value. We may change future prices or offerings with notice where required.

Our service

AiPixel and its content, branding, and technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with these terms.

We work to keep AiPixel available and useful, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated content will meet a particular purpose.

Liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiPixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to AiPixel will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
